Online orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days and delivered within 7 business days from the date of shipping, through our courier partners (FedEx, Gati, Delhivery).

Shipping is free within India when you pay online, for addresses in our standard operating pin codes. Pin codes outside them attract an out-station delivery charge of ₹1,200 to ₹1,600 per delivery, on a case-to-case basis.

Once payment is made and dispatch is initiated, an order cannot be cancelled. If the material has not been dispatched, 15% of the total order value is charged as cancellation charges and the balance is refunded within 7 working days.

You can seek a refund within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If a product is not as per the design and specifications shown on the website, or the wrong product is delivered, a refund or replacement is initiated after investigation and done within 7 working days.

The defect liability period is 1 year from the invoice date, on all products listed on the online shop. A manufacturing defect noticed in this period is repaired or serviced at no cost; freight, installation and extra packaging are chargeable.

Failure of the gas lift, the mechanism, the base or the castor wheels. Nylon and aluminium bases are tested for weight up to 120 kg and gas lifts for 1.5 lakh cycles.

Hydraulic tables: the hydraulic is warranted for 2 years. Electrical tables: the motor is warranted for 2 years and the mechanism for 1 year. Table tops: 1 year for a defect such as edge banding coming out or laminate fading.

5 years warranty on all HOLA chairs, as published in the ErgoSpace catalogue.
