Warranty policy.
The warranty policy for products listed on the ErgoSpace online shop, and the published warranty on HOLA chairs.

The defect liability period is 1 year, starting from the invoice date, applicable on all products listed on the online shop. Any manufacturing defect noticed in this period is repaired or serviced by us at no cost, while the cost of any add-on service involved in doing so is charged extra. Add-on services include freight charges, installation services and extra packaging.
Office chairs
Included in the product warranty:
- Failure of gas lift
- Failure of mechanism
- Failure of base or castor wheels
- Screw holes below the chair seat not matching the adjoining components, such as armrests or mechanism
- Compression in the chair seat: permanent compression of the PU foam above 10%
- Broken parts or components found at the time of unboxing (the delivery instructions in the shipping policy apply to this claim)
- Nylon and aluminium bases are tested for weight up to 120 kg
- Gas lifts are tested for 1.5 lakh cycles
Tables
- Hydraulic table: hydraulic warranted for 2 years
- Electrical table: motor warranted for 2 years and mechanism for 1 year
- Table top: 1 year for any defect such as edge banding coming out or laminate fading
HOLA chairs
5 years warranty on all HOLA chairs, as published in the ErgoSpace catalogue.
Exclusions
This warranty expressly excludes the following:
- Fabric, foam, mesh and other covering material torn due to misuse
- Work surface damaged or chipped due to misuse
- Powder coat peeling due to misuse
- Cleaning done with any acidic material
Do not discard the box packaging until the warranty period expires.
MDF and particle board have moisture between 7% and 12% at the time of manufacturing. Fungus may accumulate under adverse conditions such as higher humidity, higher temperature and improper ventilation. If the furniture remains in such conditions, that is not covered under warranty.
Product mishandling is not covered under warranty, which is subject to verification by our Production & Quality department.
